The first thing I sold was a bookshelf that really wasn't doing much for me. $45. Looks like we have dinner and movie so far. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
My hero, The Pneumatic Addict, does some amazing woodworking and refurbishing and I'm trying to learn her ways. It'll never get me rich, and its really slow work, but it's very fun and rewarding. My first project was to fix up this thrift store TV console... but in the end, I couldn't part with it.

Oh man... I'm glad you're having a better time finding furniture than I am. As I'm sure you can guess, Tucson Craigslist doesn't offer up a lot of treasures. Wish we could DIY together all day. And if you can figure out how to get rich quick, hook me up!
